WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you make a purchase or contact us.

Email addresses (for purchase and download link delivery)

Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.

Application Data. The Manico desktop application does not collect any personal information, usage data, or analytics. The app runs entirely locally on your Mac.

HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We process your personal information to:

Deliver services to you. We use your email address to send you the download link for the application you purchased.
Fulfill and manage your orders. We process your information to fulfill purchases made through the Services.

The Manico website does not use cookies. We use a self-hosted, privacy-respecting analytics tool (Umami) to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data such as page views, referrer URLs, browser type, and device type. This data cannot be used to identify individual visitors. No personal information is collected, no cookies are set, and no data is shared with third parties.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We keep your purchase information (email and transaction records) for as long as necessary to provide you with download access and for our accounting and legal obligations.

HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
